Elizabeth has over 25 years of experience in leading and developing people, building and executing customer experience programs, creation of a Project Management Office and cultivating a customer centric culture. Her passion for customers has fostered a very rewarding career. Through continued learning, Elizabeth looks forward to striving for customer experience excellence. Elizabeth earned her BSc from the University of Toronto and is a certified member of the Customer Experience Professional Association.
